TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS:

DEPOSIT: Two hundred and twenty five dollars ($225) for occasion and reception, or one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125) for occasion only coverage, is due when this contract is signed. The balance is due when proofs are delivered. No proofs will be delivered until payment has been made in full.

PRICE: $125.00 per hour plus costs and sales tax. There is a one hour minimum. Additional time will be billed to the next half hour.
We do not specify the number of images that will be taken.
We do not no guarantee any specific image will be captured.
In the event that the occasion is cancelled for any reason the return of the deposit is at the discretion of Kotzebue Photo Studios.  Billed time is time on site; waiting time caused by delays is time on site.
The payment specified in this contract is for time and materials only and does not include finished prints.
All image prints must be purchased separately.
OBLIGATIONS: Any picture list provided is only a guide and not a guarantee of specific pictures. Those holding the occasion must notify Kotzebue Photo Studios of any changes that might affect our ability to cover the occasion.  Kotzebue Photo Studios reserves the right to delete any images not meeting our standards.
EXCLUSIVENESS: To eliminate any confusion it is understood that Kotzebue Photo Studios will be the exclusive and only official photographer.  Videography and snapshots by guests is permited as long as it does not interfere with the work of Kotzebue Photo Studios in providing the work you have contracted.

ORDERS: An order for prints is expected within thirty days of the delivery of proofs unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Re-orders can occur at any time but pricing will be at our published rates current at the time of re-order. All balances must be paid in full before an order can be picked up.
COPYRIGHT: Proofs and images remain the property of Kotzebue Photo Studios. Possession of a Kotzebue Photo Studios image, print or photograph does not include the right to copy.

MODEL RELEASE: The retention of Kotzebue Photo Studios implies consent of all to the use of the resulting photography for samples, advertising and professional exhibit/competition in the absence of written agreement otherwise.
LIMITATIONS: The liability of Kotzebue Photo Studios or Gregory Gusse for lost or ruined images and/or non delivery of proofs, prints or photographs for any reason whatsoever shall be limited to the return of all monies paid to date.  In no way shall Kotzebue Photo Studios or Gregory Gusse by liable for any consequential damages or anything beyond monies paid and then only when the issue is within the control of Kotzebue Photo Studios.
