She now devotes her artistic endeavors toward painting in oil and watercolor to express those colors. She draws inspiration from Alaska’s dramatic landscapes and it’s dramatic people. She takes advantage of a deep and rich palette that uses color to invoke a sense of mystery and splendor in keeping with her unique sensitivity.
Patty’s art is recognized throughout the valley having been shown at many different
venues during the last few years and her current “one woman show” with The Alaska Gallery.
She is a member of the Valley Fine Arts Association, where she has served as secretary and treasurer, the Palmer Arts Council, and the Valley Arts Alliance. |
