Entry Form and Rules and Agreement Revised 09-14-09

I. Rules

This show is only open to Alaska residents of any size or age.  Works must be your original art depicting a wolf produced after October 2007.  Works may be in any medium or style.  Works must be suitably framed or mounted for gallery display.  Works may be refused or rejected for entry for any reason.  Works that are not displayed will have their entry fee returned.  No more than three works may be entered.  Two dimensional work can not exceed 36 inches in any dimension including frame.  Three dimensional work can not exceed 24 inches in any dimension (not including base or mount) nor exceed 70 lbs in weight.  Only works delivered by hand October 3 - 8 2009, by the artist, to Madd Matters will be accepted.  Carrier delivered parcels will be refused.  All work MUST be for sale.  All judges decisions will be final, by the way.

The entry fee is $25 per work.

You agree to display your work in our gallery for a period of at least four weeks.  You RETAIN ALL RIGHTS to your work except granting a limited usage agreement to Madd Matters LTD.  which includes agreeing to allow Madd Matters LTD to photograph, scan, copy in any manner your work and the unlimited use of the representative images Madd Matters LTD creates from your work.  This use may include but is not limited to materials, books, prints, and the like promoting you or Madd Matters LTD.  Madd Matters will credit You as the copyright holder, unless we forget.  Madd Matters LTD. will not sell or assign any images of your work to a third party.  You agree to hold harmless Madd Matters LTD. from any loss, including damage or theft, of Your work.

You agree to pick up your work between November 9-12.  Your work will not be stored without prior arrangements.

You must have your work for sale.  Madd Matters LTD will be paid a 35% commission on the sale of the Work.
